Since 2015, Robert Rene Fiallo has served as chairman and CEO of Bank Advisors, LLC, in Bethesda, Maryland, and delivered consulting services to diverse financial institutions. With industry experience extending back to the early 1990s, Robert Rene Fiallo was loan officer with Maryland National Bank and subsequently served as vice president and regional manager of First Tennessee Bank in Fairfax, Virginia.

From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Fiallo oversaw F&M Bank operations in Winchester, Virginia. As senior vice president, he developed the institution’s residential mortgage division and identified M&A opportunities spanning the Washington, DC, metropolitan region.

Mr. Fiallo also has experience as founder, chairman, and CEO of the Bethesda-headquartered Fidelity & Trust Bank. From 2001 to 2007, he supervised all aspects of the business, from capital raise to regulatory compliance. Tasked with recruiting board members, he oversaw senior-management hiring and set in place a consistent growth trajectory. After Fidelity & Trust, Mr. Fiallo held executive positions at Sterling Capital in Chicago and Potomac Financial Holdings in Vienna, Virginia.

An avid traveler, Mr. Fiallo has visited destinations across the globe with his wife and kids. He also enjoys biking in the mountains.
